Post Clean Crew -Zion's Legacy Business Award Ceremony

Help us restore the event space after the Zion's Legacy Business Award Ceremony. Your efforts will ensure the venue is returned to its original condition and leave a positive impression on the community.

Responsibilities: 

• Sweep and mop floors in the sanctuary ,lobby ,and other public areas 
• Vacuum the sanctuary if needed  
• Wipe down tables used for registration ,blood clot awareness ,or event materials using disinfecting wipes
• Collecting trash in dining area where guests had dinner and other places there is trash like restrooms
• Restrooms Cleaning &Tidying : 
• Sinks & Counters : Wipe down sinks ,faucets ,and counters using bathroom cleaner and a sponge or cloth 
• Mirrors : Clean mirrors with glass cleaner if needed 
• Toilets : Wipe down toilet tops ,handles ,and exterior surfaces with disinfect wipes .Clean the inside of the toilet bowl using a toilet brush ( supplied at the venue ) 
• Floor & Trash: Sweep and mop floors if necessary ,empty trash bins and replace liners 

       -Supplies : Restock toilet paper 

      All cleaning supplies ,including trash bags ,disinfectants ,sponges ,gloves ,and toilet brushes ,will be provided at the venue .Volunteers do not need to bring anything. 

Leadership: 

• A Volunteer Coordinator will be on site to manage supplies ,provide instructions ,and guide the cleanup crew
